Please be advised that this Katha will be held with basic & significantly more limited facilities and arrangements than those of standard Kathas.

Participation in Katha is recommended only for those who are physically fit, experienced in long-term travel, and able to remain comfortable and positive under challenging circumstances.

A special train has been arranged for the attendees on “Direct Payment by Attendees Basis”. This facility is only for those attendees who want to join the Katha on "all destinations" on this particular train at their own expense. The organizer reserves the sole right to confirm the booking of attendees. Terms and Conditions apply.

• By registering, participants confirm that they have read and understood all terms and conditions of this trip and voluntarily accept all associated risks.
• A confirmed ticket is valid for single attendee only, and is non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-redeemable.
• Train timings will be strictly followed. If an attendee misses the train, they will have to make their own arrangements to reach the next destination.
• Only first aid medical service is available on the train. Attendees undertaking the train journey must prioritize their health to avoid any medical emergencies, as access to healthcare may be limited.
• Elder Attendees are requested to enjoy katha by watching it live on Chitrakutdham Talgajarda YouTube & Astha Satellite channel.
• Walking on the railway tracks is strictly prohibited. Violators will be deboarded immediately and denied permission to board the train again.

Complete and detailed information regarding this train can be found below:

1. On travel days, the train will reach the respective destination stations between 3:00 AM and 7:00 AM.
2. This train will depart from Kanyakumari on 10.10.2026 at 09:00 PM & post katha final destination will be Delhi. For final leg, the train will depart from Rishikesh on 24.10.2026 at 7:00 PM and reach Delhi on 25.10.2026 at 4:00 AM, traveling via Haridwar, Roorkee, Muzaffarnagar, Meerut, and Ghaziabad.
3. Travel cost by train for Bharat Swastik Yatra Ramkatha Part-1 (Per person above the age of 5 years) will be:
   • 1st AC – ₹ 1,75,000 Per Person
   • 2nd AC – ₹ 1,25,000 Per Person
   • 3rd AC – ₹ 85,000 Per Person

   (Note-Age calculation will be considered as on date 10.10.2026)

   Tour Price includes:

   • Travel aboard the Bharat Gaurav Special Train, featuring accommodations in AC I, AC II, or AC III tier, based on the attendee's booking confirmation.
   • Overnight stays: Will be provided in air-conditioned hotels on a double-occupancy basis.
   • Wash & Change Facilities:Will be provided for 2 to 3 hours only, in AC hotels on a double-occupancy basis. (Note: In remote locations with limited hotel availability, 3 to 4 attendees may need to share a room).
   • All meals served on board the train will be Vegetarian, in accordance with the itinerary.
   • AC buses will be provided at each destination for all itinerary-based travel, including transfers from the railway station to the hotel (for night stays or wash-and-change), transportation to the Katha Pandal and meal venues, Travel for local Darshan and return drop-off at the railway station.
   • Travel insurance for the passengers will be provided.
   • While adequate security arrangements for your luggage will be provided, we kindly request that you do not bring valuables or jewellery. Please carry minimal cash and rely on digital payments whenever possible. Should you choose to bring valuables, please understand it is entirely at your own risk, as the organizers will not be liable for any loss or theft.
   • All applicable Taxes.

   Package Exclusions:

   • Sonprayag to Kedarnath & Return Travel: This round-trip is not covered by the package. Attendees must independently manage this leg of the journey and pay the transport providers directly.
   • Guests are free to undertake the journey between Sonprayag to Kedarnath and return using their preferred mode of transport—whether by palki, pony, helicopter, or on foot. All such travel arrangements are strictly at the guest's own expense.
   • Monument entry charges
   • Boating, adventure sports etc
   • Meals are preset and a choice of menu is not available.
   • Any room service will be chargeable.
   • Cost of sightseeing, entrance and local guides etc.
   • All kind of tips to drivers, waiters, guides, representative etc.
   • Any expenses of personal nature such as laundry expenses, food and drinks not in the regular menus provided by IRCTC.
   • Anything not included in the inclusions.
   • Attendees requiring a separate vehicle, single-occupancy accommodation, or have any special requirements must organize and pay for these independently.

8. Registrants who are not selected for the journey are kindly requested not to call the organizers to seek inclusion. Instead, we warmly invite you to join us virtually by watching the live broadcast on the Chitrakutdham Talgajarda YouTube channel and Aastha Satellite Channel.
9. Attendees who have not been selected for the journey are requested not to be misled or fall prey to any false assurances. They are advised not to deposit or transfer any amount to anyone under any circumstances, even if they receive promises or assurances regarding their selection or participation in the journey by anyone.

Important Instructions

• We wish to inform that we are not a travel agency. This train has been chartered purely out of love and respect for the devotees' convenience. Knowing that long road journeys can be exhausting, this arrangement has been made so you can travel safely and comfortably to listen to the Katha. This is a completely non-commercial initiative with no profit motive—it is an offering made entirely in the spirit of service (Seva) and mutual support.
• Expectations & Responsibility: Attendees are requested not to view this as a commercial or luxury service. While every effort will be made to ensure a pleasant journey, the organizers will not be held responsible for any unforeseen inconveniences during the trip.
• Tickets are strictly non-transferable. If a passenger allows another person to travel on a ticket issued in their name or attempts to transfer their berth to someone else, the ticket will be cancelled immediately. Furthermore, penalties and legal action may be initiated against all individuals involved, as per railway regulations. For security reasons and compliance with the law, please strictly refrain from this practice under all circumstances.
• During the journey, attendees must keep all their luggage on the train. Please carry only a small shoulder bag containing essential daily-use items such as necessary clothes, a charger, money, a purse, and other essential belongings.
• There is no facility for washing clothes during the journey. We therefore recommend carrying a sufficiently large suitcase or travel bag with enough clothing for the entire journey to be kept in the train.
• The organizers assume no responsibility or liability for any accidents, injuries, or losses that may occur during the trip. All attendees participate in this journey entirely at their own risk.
